Fired hot and served loud
Sourdough pizza from a wood oven that never cools down, a fridge full of small-producer wine and a soft-serve machine with ideas of its own.
On the menu
Short, seasonal and changed whenever the farm calls. Every base is a 48-hour sourdough.
- The Red One
San Marzano tomato, garlic, oregano, a lot of olive oil. No cheese, no apologies.
$16 - Hot Honey
Fior di latte, spicy salami, chilli honey and a crack of black pepper.
$22 - Green Machine
Pistachio pesto, stracciatella, charred broccolini and lemon zest.
$21 - Soft serve of the week
Ask at the counter. Last week was brown butter and miso; it sold out by eight.

The oven
Four hundred and fifty degrees of good decisions
Our oven was built by hand from local brick and burns only ironbark offcuts from a timber yard down the road. Ninety seconds in, out comes a crust that's crisp, chewy and properly spotted.
- 48-hour sourdough, made fresh every morning
- Flour milled in-state, tomatoes from one farm
- Vegan cheese and gluten-free bases on request
- Takeaway boxes that compost in the garden
People are saying things
The Hot Honey is the reason I moved two streets closer. Not joking.
Loud music, great wine list, and the best crust in the city. Book ahead on Fridays.
We booked the whole room for a birthday and the team made it feel like their party too.
