How fixed-fee consulting projects work
Paid in full by card at the start, with a first-week opt-out, two rounds of revisions, and your data deleted or kept in your control.
Paying
- Every consulting project is provided by BlissPoint Consulting, LLC, a separate company from the one that provides the software, under its own written agreement and billing.
- The full fixed fee is paid by card when the project starts.
- No expenses or add-on fees. The work is remote, and the price on this page is the whole price.
- First-week opt-out: if, within 7 days after the kickoff session, either side decides the project isn't a fit, the fee is refunded in full.
What you provide
The timeline starts the day we have the complete information from the checklist below, so you stay in control of the schedule.
- Job Architecture and Leveling: a list of your roles with titles, current pay or pay ranges and reporting lines (a CSV export from your HR system is fine), and a contact who can answer questions for about 2 hours a week. A template is linked on the pricing page.
- Skills Taxonomy and Workforce Assessment: the list of your roles, and your workforce plan if you have one. A template is linked on the pricing page.
- AI Hiring Risk Assessment: the hiring tool's name, and its applicant records with each outcome (selected or not) and the demographic fields used for the adverse-impact check, as a CSV. A template is linked on the pricing page.
Changes
- Two full rounds of revisions on every deliverable, included.
- Small adjustments for 30 days after handover, such as wording, a moved role or a level split, included.
- A larger change, such as more roles than the package covers, moves the project to the next size for the published price difference, only after you approve it in writing. No custom quotes.
Your data
- Your data is stored only in BlissPoint's own systems, in Organization Viewer, on providers with SOC 2 reports.
- Only Anthony Hammock, who leads the project, sees raw pay and applicant data.
- Applicant data from an AI Hiring Risk Assessment is deleted within 30 days of handover, and we confirm the deletion in writing. We keep only the memo and its summary figures.
- Job architecture and 2030 skills work stays in your own Organization Viewer company. You control it, and can export or delete it at any time.
- A data processing agreement is available on request.
Section 8 of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy set this out formally. Each project also has a short written description of its scope, agreed before it starts.
