Organization Viewer: org chart and workforce planning software

Organization Viewer puts everyone in your company on one org chart: who reports to whom, how many people each manager leads, and what each team costs. You can then try out a change, such as a new team, a merger or a budget cut, in a draft copy. You see what it does to headcount and cost before anyone is told. You bring your people in from your HR system or a spreadsheet. See what Organization Viewer does.

Every plan includes every feature

  • Draft versions of your org chart (we call them scenarios), as many as you like. Each one is compared with your current chart, and you can make it your live chart when you're ready.
  • Job families and levels (groups of related jobs, and the steps within each), with pay ranges. Each role can be linked to its official occupation listing (O*NET in the US, ESCO in Europe).
  • Skills gaps, succession and workforce plans: what each role needs, who could step into key roles, and how many people you'll need to hire.
  • Updates from your HR system: 5 HR systems connect directly (BambooHR, Deel, HiBob, Personio and Factorial). Any other system works if it can export a people report as a spreadsheet file (CSV): you upload the file, or we pick it up on a schedule.
  • No charge per user: invite as many colleagues as you need as admins, editors or view-only, and choose who can see pay.
  • Charts you can share: download as an image (PNG or SVG), a PDF or a PowerPoint file.

Plans differ only by the size of your company

Size means the number of people on your live org chart. Open roles you haven't filled, and people who exist only in draft org charts, don't count.

Why Organization Viewer costs what it does

  • You pay by company size, not per login. Adding your finance contact, your managers or your CEO doesn't raise the bill. You can share your draft org charts and workforce plans with everyone who needs to see them.
  • Free up to 50 people, with every feature. The free plan isn't a trial and doesn't expire. Paid plans don't unlock any extra features.
  • Why $149 a month. OrgPlease Team, a chart tool, is $49 a month for up to 200 people with 10 users. If a chart is all you need, it's the better buy. What you pay us for is the planning: draft org charts, job levels, skills, succession and workforce plans. OrgChart Pro, which includes workforce planning, starts at $263 a month, billed yearly, at 100 employees.
  • No minimum term on monthly plans. Pay monthly with no minimum term, or pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10.

How the Site plan compares with other website builders

Each builder's lowest-priced plan that lets you use your own domain: list prices in US dollars from each company's own site, checked October 24, 2026 (plan details October 16, 2026)
ProductPublished priceWhat to knowSource
BlissPoint Site plan$90 a year, or $9 billed monthlyConnects a domain you already own; the domain name itself is bought separately. A blog, a contact form and visitor stats. Can't take payments yet. The same price from the first month. This page
Framer Basic$120 a year ($10 a month, billed yearly)About 30 pages and a CMS (the content system that runs a blog). Extra editors cost more.framer.com
Webflow Basic$180 a year ($15 a month, billed yearly), or $25 billed monthlyNo CMS on this plan, so no blog.webflow.com
Wix Light$204 a year ($17 a month, billed yearly)Free domain name for the first year on yearly plans. Can't take payments.wix.com
Squarespace Basic$228 a year ($19 a month, billed yearly), or $25 billed monthlyFree domain name for the first year on yearly billing.squarespace.com

Our free plan doesn't let you use your own domain, and neither do the free plans at Wix, Webflow, Framer and GoDaddy (each company's own website, checked October 24, 2026). Your own domain is the one thing our Site plan adds.

Some builders cost less if you can pay years ahead. For example, Hostinger's Premium Website Builder is $2.99 a month if you prepay 48 months ($143.52), then renews at $10.99 a month (hostinger.com, checked October 24, 2026).

Why the website prices are set this way

  • One thing to pay for. The only thing the Site plan adds is your own domain. The blog, the contact form and the visitor stats are free.
  • No low first-year price. $9 a month is the price from the first month, not a low first-year price that goes up when you renew.
  • Paying monthly adds 20%. A year paid month by month costs 20% more than paying for the year at once. At Squarespace it costs 32% more, and at Webflow 67% more.

HR consulting: job levels, pay ranges and AI hiring tools

Anthony Hammock, who founded BlissPoint, does the consulting work personally. Anthony is an I-O psychology consultant. I-O (industrial-organizational) psychology is the study of people at work: how jobs are designed, how people are hired and promoted fairly, and how teams and organizations are structured. Every project has a fixed price and a written description of the work, agreed before work starts.

Job and pay structure projects

We sort your jobs into families (groups of related jobs) and levels. We match each role to its official occupation listing (O*NET in the US, ESCO in Europe) and set the skills each role needs. We draft pay ranges. We write down how every decision was made, with the job analysis documented against the SIOP Principles (published by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology). The finished work is set up in Organization Viewer, and the first 12 months of Organization Viewer, on the Team or Growth plan for your company's size, are included in the price.

A role is one distinct job, such as Payroll Specialist, however many people hold it.

StandardUp to 120 roles5 to 6 weeks$14,500

Monthly advice

You get a set number of hours each month to ask about workforce questions as they come up, such as a reorganization, job levels, a fair hiring process or what your people data shows. It runs month to month; give 30 days' notice to stop.

AI hiring tool readiness reviews

If you use software to screen résumés, score assessments or rank candidates, we check it on your own data. We look at whether it selects some groups of applicants at noticeably lower rates than others (called adverse impact). You get a written memo of where you stand and what to fix. The With validation review also looks at the evidence that one hiring test or tool measures what the job needs.

AI hiring tool readiness reviews, fixed fees in US dollars

Up to threeUp to three hiring tools or job families$6,500
With validationEverything in Up to three, plus a review of the evidence that one hiring test or tool measures what the job needs (its validation evidence)$12,000

This is a readiness review, not a New York City Local Law 144 bias audit. If you need the audit, you need an independent auditor. Local Law 144 is a New York City law on automated hiring tools.

Why the consulting fees are set this way

  • Fixed fees, not open-ended hours. You know the cost before we start, and the work is written down. Each fee is set at about $200 an hour of the time the work takes.
  • How that rate compares. GoFractional, a marketplace for part-time executives, reports that part-time heads of HR (called fractional CHROs) charge $176 an hour on average. Half of them charge between $125 and $215 an hour. GoFractional puts the monthly cost at $6,500 to $11,100 for about 13 hours a week (gofractional.com, checked October 24, 2026). Our rate of about $200 an hour is near the top of that $125 to $215 range because the work is specialist: job analysis, fair-hiring statistics and validation evidence.
  • A smaller monthly commitment. Monthly advice starts at $2,500 for up to 12 hours a month, so you can get expert help without hiring a part-time executive for part of every week.
  • The work stays useful. Job structure projects are built in Organization Viewer. Your job levels and pay ranges stay in software you keep using after we finish, not in a slide deck.

Why choose BlissPoint, and where others are ahead

  • Every list price is public. Some org chart and planning tools, such as Orgvue, don't publish prices at all. Ours are on this page, apart from written quotes above 1,000 people and for the largest consulting projects, and any change will be posted here first.
  • Built by someone who does the work. The software comes from an I-O psychology consultant with more than 20 years in workforce analytics, so it is built around how jobs, levels and plans are set up in practice.
  • Planning tools on every plan. Draft org charts, job levels, skills, succession and workforce plans are on every Organization Viewer plan, including the free one, with no charge per user.
  • Free plans with no time limit. They don't expire, and you don't need a credit card to start.

Where others are ahead: we're a small company, and support is by email. We don't have a SOC 2 report yet (an independent review of security controls that many IT teams ask vendors for). Single sign-on through your company's login system isn't switched on yet. The website builder has no stock photo library or video section. The big website builders have far more templates, and some have AI site generators. Large planning tools connect to more HR and finance systems.

Free tools

  • Occupation Atlas

Look up any of 4,055 jobs: the skills it needs, how it compares with another job and, for 1,016 US jobs, its everyday tasks. Use it to write a job description, plan a career path or check what a role needs. It's free and public, with no sign-up. It is built on O*NET OnLine (US) and ESCO (Europe), which are free too, and searches both at once.

  • AI Security

For your IT or engineering team. It's a free, open-source scanner (MIT License) that checks the add-ons and files AI coding assistants load automatically, before the assistant uses them. It has 14 checks. Similar free tools include Snyk Agent Scan, Cisco's mcp-scanner and Gitleaks. Unlike Snyk Agent Scan, which needs a Snyk account and API token, ours needs no account and makes no network calls (each project's own repository, checked October 24, 2026).

Questions

  • How much does org chart software cost?

It depends on whether you only need a chart or also need to plan. Among chart and directory tools, OrgPlease Team is $49 a month for up to 200 people with 10 users, and Sift Org Chart is $150 a month, billed yearly, with 20 users. OrgChart Pro, which adds workforce planning, starts at $263 a month, billed yearly, at 100 employees. Enterprise tools such as Orgvue don't publish prices. (Each from the company's own website, checked October 24, 2026.) BlissPoint Organization Viewer is free for up to 50 people. It costs $149 a month for 51 to 250 people and $399 a month for 251 to 1,000. The planning tools are on every plan.

  • Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Organization Viewer is free for companies of up to 50 people, with every feature. A website is free on a blisspointanalytics.com address. The Occupation Atlas and AI Security are free for everyone. You don't need a credit card to start any of them.

  • What's the difference between the Organization Viewer plans?

Only the size of your company: the number of people on your live org chart. Open roles and draft org charts don't count. Every plan, including the free one, has every feature. That means draft org charts, job levels and pay ranges, skills, succession, workforce plans, updates from your HR system and chart downloads. Free covers up to 50 people, Team 51 to 250 and Growth 251 to 1,000.

  • Do you charge per user?

No. Organization Viewer is priced by the size of your company, not by how many people sign in. You can invite as many colleagues as you need. Websites are priced per site.

  • How do I start a paid Organization Viewer plan?

For now, email solutions@blisspointanalytics.com with your company name and how many people are on your org chart. We set up the plan and send an invoice through Stripe. You can pay monthly or yearly.

  • Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly software plans have no minimum term, and yearly plans are paid for the year up front. When you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. To cancel the Site plan, use Manage billing on your site's dashboard; your site then goes back to the free plan and stays online at its blisspointanalytics.com address. To cancel Organization Viewer, email solutions@blisspointanalytics.com. Monthly advice stops after 30 days' notice.

  • What does the website's paid plan add?

Your own domain, such as www.yourbusiness.com, with HTTPS (the padlock in the browser) set up for you. You connect a domain you already own; the domain name itself is bought separately, from any domain company. Everything else, including every template, the blog, the contact form and visitor stats, is on the free plan. The Site plan is $9 a month or $90 a year.

  • What is an I-O psychology consultant?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the study of people at work: how jobs are designed, how people are hired and promoted fairly, and how teams and organizations are structured. An I-O psychology consultant applies that research to a company's own jobs, data and decisions.

  • Is the AI hiring review a bias audit?

No. It is a readiness review, not a New York City Local Law 144 bias audit. It tells you where you stand and what to fix. If your organization needs the audit itself, that has to come from an independent auditor.

  • Do prices include tax?

Prices are in US dollars and don't include any sales tax that may apply.

  • Where do the competitor prices come from?

From each company's own website, checked on October 24, 2026 unless another date is shown beside the figure. Prices change, so follow the links for the current figures. We only list a price we could find on the company's own site.
