Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BlissPoint Global Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "BlissPoint Analytics") collects through blisspointanalytics.com and the sites it hosts, and how we use it.

1. What We Collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in via a one-time link. We don't store a password.
• Your Site's content: the pages, text, and media you upload or create using our editor.
• Billing information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We store only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and your subscription status — we never see or store your card number.
• Custom domain configuration: the domain name you connect and the records needed to route traffic to it.
• Basic usage data about your Site's visitors: shown to you in your dashboard's analytics panel, so you can see how your own Site is performing.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Send you account-related email (sign-in links, billing notifications, and service updates);
• Diagnose problems and improve the Service; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Vercel — hosting, file storage for uploaded media, and custom domain connections.
• Our email delivery provider (currently Resend) — sending sign-in links and account emails.

We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on blisspointanalytics.com itself. A Site you build may include its own tracking code if you add it — that's your Site's content, not something we control.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your account and Site data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a Site or close your account from your dashboard, we delete the associated data, including from our third-party providers where applicable — this happens even if one of those provider calls fails, so a stuck cleanup doesn't leave your account undeletable.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If you believe you've found a security issue, please report it per solutions@blisspointanalytics.com rather than disclosing it publicly.

7. Children

The Service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8. Your Choices

You can review and update your Site's content at any time through your dashboard, and delete your account and its data from the dashboard's account settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it outside of that flow, email solutions@blisspointanalytics.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll post the updated policy here and update the effective date above.
