Your company's 2030 skills profile
See how much your roles depend on the core skills the WEF Future of Jobs Report 2025 expects to grow by 2030, from O*NET occupation data.
Open Skills, then 2030 skills profile. It scores your company from 0 to 100 on 13 core skills from the World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025, such as AI and big data, analytical thinking and talent management. Each score comes from the O*NET ratings of the occupations your roles link to, weighted by how many people hold each role.

- Export CSV downloads the company, comparison and department profiles, one row per skill.
Want help with it? Skills Taxonomy and Workforce Assessment is a fixed-fee project ($48,736.58, up to 40 roles) that ends in a written hiring and development plan. The first 12 months of Organization Viewer are included in the price for a company of up to 1,000 people on the Team or Growth plan. The pricing page lists what it includes.
These are occupation-level planning signals. A score says how much a kind of job depends on a skill, not whether anyone in it has the skill, and nobody is scored. Use it to plan hiring, development and role design. Anyone in the company, viewer and up, can open it.
