Plan a reorganization with scenarios
Draft changes without touching the live chart, compare them side by side, then make one live.
A scenario is a private copy of your org chart where you can move people, add roles and change managers. Nothing changes for anyone else until you make it live.
- Open Scenarios and create one. It starts as a copy of today's chart.
- Make your changes: move people, add or remove positions, change reporting lines.
- Open the comparison to see every difference from today, including cost where your role can see pay.
- When it's approved, make it live. The live chart becomes the scenario.
Editors, admins and owners can create and edit scenarios. Making a draft live that adds people counts toward your plan's limit.
