What happens when we go over our plan's limit

Nothing is deleted or locked. Only adding more people to the live chart pauses until you upgrade.

Each plan covers a number of people in the live org chart. Drafts, scenarios and the demo don't count.

• Adding people, imports, and HR syncs or drafts that would add to the live chart are paused until you're within your plan.
• Anything that doesn't add people still goes through, including edits, exports, and syncs or drafts that remove people.
• The message you see names your plan's limit and links to Plan and billing.

To keep growing, move to a larger plan. On Enterprise, add capacity in blocks of 100 people under Plan and billing.
