Change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly

Switch between Team, Growth, Scale and Enterprise, or monthly and yearly, and add Enterprise capacity, on Plan and billing, with the exact charge or credit shown first.

1. Open your company and choose Plan.
2. Under Change plan, choose the plan and billing period you want.
3. Review Stripe's preview of what's due now, or the credit you'll get.
4. Confirm.

• You can't move to a plan smaller than the number of people in your live chart. Remove people first, or keep the larger plan.
• If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, the plan changes once it's confirmed.
• If the card is declined, your current plan stays on and the page links to the invoice so you can pay another way.
• Switching between monthly and yearly on Enterprise keeps your extra capacity, billed at the new period's price.

Add capacity on Enterprise

1. Open your company and choose Plan.
2. Under Add capacity, set the number of blocks of 100 people you want.
3. Preview, check what's due now or the credit, and confirm.

You can remove blocks too, but not below what the people in your live chart need.
