Connect your HR system
Keep your org chart up to date from BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Factorial or Deel.
Owners and admins connect HR systems, on the company's Integrations page. Organization Viewer connects directly to BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Factorial and Deel.
- In your HR system, create an API key or token with read access to employee records. The article Find your HR system's API key explains where.
- In Organization Viewer, open Integrations, choose your HR system and paste the key.
- Run the first sync. New hires, changes and leavers then flow into the chart.
What a sync changes
- It adds new people, updates names, titles, departments and managers, and removes leavers.
- It reads only the fields the Privacy Policy lists, and stores the key encrypted.
- If adding people would take the company past its plan's limit, the new people are held back and the sync says so. Updates and removals still go through.
Use a different HR system? Export a CSV from it and import that, or email us to ask for a connector.
