Invite colleagues and choose their role
Owners and admins invite people by email as an admin, editor or viewer. Plans charge per company, never per user.
Open Members and send an invitation to a colleague's email address. They follow the link in the email to join. Every plan includes as many members as you need.
What each role can do
- Owner: everything, including the plan and billing, deleting the company and transferring ownership.
- Admin: edits everything, manages members and invites, connects the HR system, imports CSVs, deletes scenarios, and chooses and pays for the plan.
- Editor: edits people, roles, job architecture, scenarios, skills, succession and workforce plans.
- Viewer: sees everything they're allowed to, and changes nothing.
Pay is shown only to people allowed to see it. Owners and admins always can.
