Set up single sign-on for your company

Owners connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud or any OpenID Connect provider under Members, after verifying the company's email domains.

  1. As an owner, open Members, then Set up single sign-on, and work down the page.
  2. Verify your email domains: add each domain your people's addresses use, publish the TXT record shown at that domain, and select Check. DNS changes can take up to an hour.
  3. In your identity provider, create an OpenID Connect app for BlissPoint, then enter its details on the page.
  4. Choose whether to require single sign-on for addresses on your verified domains.

Only owners can add or remove domains, connect or change the identity provider, or stop requiring single sign-on. The other owners and admins are emailed when the provider changes. Public email domains such as gmail.com can't be verified, and a company can have up to 10 domains.

SAML isn't supported yet; it's coming. Until then, use your provider's OpenID Connect option, which Okta, Entra ID and Google Workspace all offer.
