Export or delete your data
You can export your data at any time. Deleting a company or site cancels its subscription first.
- Organization Viewer: export the People list as a CSV and the chart in four formats.
- Websites: Export site data on the Settings tab of the site's dashboard downloads your site's content as a JSON file.
- Deleting a company (owners only) or a site cancels its paid subscription first. If the subscription can't be cancelled, nothing is deleted, so you're never charged for something that's gone.
To close your whole account, email solutions@blisspointanalytics.com from the address you sign in with.
