Cancel a paid plan
Cancel any time in Manage billing; the plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the company returns to Free.
- Open your company and choose Plan.
- Choose Manage billing. This opens Stripe's billing page.
- Cancel the plan.
The plan stays on until the last day of the period you've paid for. Then the company returns to Free, with all its data. Nothing is deleted. Until that day, you can resume the plan from the same page.
Payments aren't refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same company, email us and we'll refund it.
