Pay Equity Analysis
A pay equity analysis asks whether people doing comparable work are paid differently by sex or race/ethnicity once legitimate factors, such as job, level, location and experience, are accounted for. It is usually commissioned through the employer's lawyer so the findings are privileged.
Who it is for
- Employers preparing for pay transparency or pay data reporting
- Companies that want to find and fix unexplained gaps before someone else does
- Employers with operations in places with pay equity laws
What you get
- Groupings of comparable jobs
- Regression analysis of pay, with the legitimate factors you can document
- Unexplained gaps by group, and the people they affect
- Remediation options and their cost
- A written report to you or your lawyer
The analysis is statistical evidence for your decisions, not legal advice or a promise of any legal outcome.
The work is led personally by Anthony Hammock, an I-O psychology consultant. About the consultant

| Over 2,500 employees | Larger or multi-entity workforces | From $84,317.65 |
Why it costs what it does
- Up to 500 employees costs $36,214.83; larger workforces cost more because of job families, locations and the data work.
- The fee is at the upper end of what specialist boutique HR and I-O consultancies charge, and well below what a large consulting firm typically charges for the same scope.
- A fixed fee, paid by card to BlissPoint Consulting, LLC when the project starts, under its own written agreement. No expenses, travel or add-on fees, and a full refund if either side decides within 7 days of kickoff that it isn't a fit.
- If either side decides within 7 days after the kickoff session that the project isn't a fit, the fee is refunded in full.
