The monthly org health email

At the start of each month, every member of a company gets a short summary of its org chart. Turn it off from the email or the Members page.

What's in it

One email per company you're a member of, in the first days of each month:

How many people are on the live org chart, and the change since last month's email.
How many people were added and removed this month. Removals are counted from the second month on.
How many managers have more than 10 direct reports, and how many have 2 or fewer, the same definitions Insights uses.
Hires still needed across workforce plans whose target date is still ahead, if the company has any.
How many people the plan covers, for example "212 of 250 people on Team". Owners and admins also get a link to compare plans (on Enterprise, to add capacity) when the company is within 10% of its limit.
One suggested next step, with a link into the app.

It never includes pay or cost figures, or anyone's name: only counts that every member can already see in the app.

Select "Turn off these monthly emails" at the bottom of any of them, then confirm. Your email app's own unsubscribe button works too.
Or open Members in any company and clear "Email me the monthly org health summary". Tick it again to turn the email back on.
The setting is yours alone and covers every company you're in. Invitations, sign-in links and billing emails aren't affected.
