Are our pay ranges current, and is everyone inside them? The pay range review compares each person's annual cost with their role's pay range, lists people above or below it, and reminds you when a range hasn't been confirmed in 12 months. Only members who can see pay can see it.

Is this a pay equity audit?
No. It checks pay against your own ranges. A pay equity analysis is a separate statistical review.
