Organization Viewer
Workforce analytics, included on every plan
Six people analytics tools that read the org chart you already keep: span of control, succession readiness, turnover, headcount forecasts, skills gaps over time and pay range review. No add-on fee, on any plan.
What each tool would cost on its own
Each row shows the closest thing you could buy separately, and what it costs in Organization Viewer. We don't add these into a single "total value": you'd buy only what you need.

The six tools
- Span and layers health check: Is our structure built for how big we are now?
- Succession readiness: If a key leader left tomorrow, who would step in?
- Turnover dashboard: Where are we losing people, and how soon after they join?
- Headcount and budget forecast: What will our plan cost, and how many people do we need to hire?
- Skills gap over time: Is our skills gap actually closing?
- Pay range review: Are our pay ranges current, and is everyone inside them?
Questions
Do the workforce analytics cost extra?
No. All six are included on every Organization Viewer plan, including the free plan for up to 50 people.
Do they score employees?
No. They describe roles, teams and the structure. Turnover keeps no names, and small teams are grouped so no one can be singled out.
Where does the data come from?
From what is already in Organization Viewer: your org chart, roles, workforce plans, skills and succession plans, entered by hand, imported by CSV or synced from your HR system.
